Abstract

Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia.Essa pesquisa é fruto de minhas interrogações como psicóloga/psicanalista responsável pelo atendimento aos educadores, professores e técnicos, em uma Secretaria Municipal de Educação, da região central do país, considerados inaptos para exercerem suas funções, elevando progressivamente o índice de adoecimento e de afastamento dos trabalhadores. Tal situação apresentava-se como proveniente das tensões geradas na relação entre o professor e seus alunos, especialmente as estabelecidas na sala de aula. Uma passagem singular ocorrida durante um curso de capacitação deu materialidade ao tema, por expressar a manifestação do inconsciente na prática educacional. Ao aceitar o convite de uma palestrante para escrever algo impeditivo ao seu exercício pedagógico, uma professora vai ao quadro e escreve #alto-estima#. Esse ato falho, fio condutor das elaborações suscitadas nessa pesquisa, trouxe à tona a interferência dos enigmas da subjetividade na temática educativa. Servi-me dos conceitos de transferência, do ideal de eu, da formação de sintomas e da noção de compromisso com a dívida simbólica, conforme as formulações de Freud e Lacan, para discutir a função do professor e a posição do psicanalista na prática em extensão. Tomei por base os apontamentos e registros de entrevistas realizadas com os educadores encaminhados ao Setor Psicossocial, expressos nos pedidos de afastamento. As solicitações ocorriam a partir das demandas de terceiros, devidas a questões comportamentais, e com vistas às adequações (às readaptações), sem considerar a subjetividade e o contexto em que se originavam. Para empreender a leitura desse material, recorri a um dos dispositivos fundamentais da investigação psicanalítica: a atenção flutuante. Considerei como um recurso viável, para responder às demandas de intervenção solicitadas ao Setor Psicossocial, a circulação da palavra, uma proposição de Kupfer, para propiciar a implicação dos envolvidos nas questões que atravessam o processo educativo, a fim de possibilitar uma visão diferenciada acerca do adoecimento, presente na queixa dos trabalhadores.This research is the fruit of my questions as a psychologist / psychiatrist responsible for the care of educators, teachers and technicians in a City Department of Education, the central region, considered to be unfit to perform their functions, progressively raising the rate of illness and removal of workers. This situation was presented as coming from the tensions generated in the relationship between the teacher and his students, especially those set in the classroom. A singular passage occurred during a training course gave materiality to the subject, to express the manifestation of the unconscious in educational practice. By accepting the invitation of a speaker to write something impeding the exercise teaching, a teacher will write to the frame and "high esteem". This Freudian slip, thrust of this research raised elaborations, brought about the interference of the puzzles of subjectivity in educational theme. Serve me the concepts of transference, the ego ideal, the formation of symptoms and the notion of commitment to the symbolic debt, according to the formulations of Freud and Lacan, to discuss the teacher's role and position of the psychoanalyst in practice in extension. I took notes based on the records and interviews with teachers referred to the Service Psychosocial expressed in requests for removal. Requests occurred from the demands of others, due to behavioral issues, and with a view to adjustments (the retrofits), without considering the subjectivity and context in which they originated. To begin reading this material, using one of the key devices of psychoanalytic research: the floating attention. Considered as a viable resource to meet the demands of the sector Psychosocial intervention required, the circulation of the word, a proposition Kupfer, to facilitate the involvement of the issues involved in going through the educational process, in order to provide a different view about the disease, present in the abuse of workers
