Skin ulcer and acute renal failure by unknown cause bite: differential diagnoses

Abstract

Diversas doenças infecciosas e não infecciosas podem causar lesões ulceronecróticas. Nas dermatoses por peçonhas e toxinas de animais e plantas, muitas vezes, o diagnóstico de certeza não é possível, fato corriqueiro nas urgências e emergências. Nestas situações, a avaliação clínica, laboratorial e o bom senso do dermatologista são importantes para a boa condução do caso. Os autores relatam um caso de úlcera cutânea por picada de causa desconhecida que evolui com insuficiência renal aguda. Após a terapia de suporte, com hidratação e analgesia, houve recuperação da função renal do paciente e a cura da ferida foi obtida.Many infectious and noninfectious can cause necrotic ulcerative lesions.
