Constru????o e divulga????o do conhecimento no campo da educa????o popular e sa??de

Abstract

Esta disserta????o tem como objeto de estudo os processos de constru????o e divulga????o do conhecimento no campo da Educa????o Popular e Sa??de (EPS). Adota - se o conc eito de informa????o relacionado ao seu aspecto sociocultural, no qual a informa????o est?? associada ao processo de transforma????o do conhecimento e, especificamente, ?? sele????o e interpreta????o dentro de um contexto espec??fico. Desta forma, compreende - se que o c onhecimento ?? socialmente e historicamente condicionado. O objetivo geral da pesquisa ?? estudar os processos de constru????o e divulga????o do conhecimento no campo da EPS, com foco nas posi????es e pap??is dos atores acad??micos. Para tal, recorre - se ao conceito de campo social e campo cient??fico formulado por Pierre Bourdieu e ?? abordagem da an??lise de dom??nio formulado por Birger Hj??rland para estudar os atores acad??micos na perspectiva de um campo cient??fico. O conceito de redes sociais associada ?? a????o coletiv a, a no????o do papel intelectual e o conceito e metodologia de constru????o compartilhada do conhecimento s??o usados para apoiar a analise d a s posi????es e d os pap??is dos atores acad??micos no ??mbito de uma rede de a????o coletiva. Seleciona - se, como campo emp??rico, o s membros do Grupo de Trabalho de Educa????o Popular e Sa??de da Associa????o Brasileira de Sa??de Coletiva. Adota - se diferentes abordagens metodol??gicas: a) levantamento de artigos sobre EPS na Biblioteca Virtual de Sa??de (BVS); b) an??lise dos curr??culos da Pla taforma Lattes do CNPq; e c) metodologia de an??lise de redes sociais. A partir da an??lise dos dados identificou - se que o campo da EPS possui uma abordagem interdisciplinar, diagnosticada atrav??s da forma????o dos pesquisadores e das ??reas de atua????o; concent ra????o de atores acad??micos na Regi??o Sudeste do Brasil; os atores acad??micos exercem uma posi????o central na rede e s??o reconhecidos como expoentes do campo da EPSThis dissertation has as object of study the processes of building and dissemination of knowledge in the fi e ld of Popular Educatio n and Health (EPS) . It adopts the concept of Information related to their socio - cultural aspect, in which the information is associated with the transformation of knowledge, and specifically to the selection and interpretation within a specific context. Thus, it is understood that the Knowledge is socially and historically conditioned. The overall goal of the research is studying the processes of construction and dissemination of knowledge in the field of EPS, focusing on the positions and roles of academic actors. To this end, we use the concept of social field and scientific field formulated by Pierre Bourdieu an d the approach domain analysis made by Birger Hj??rland to study the acad emics actors in perspective of a scientific field. The concept of social network associated with collective action, the notion of intellectual role and the concept and methodology of the sh ared construction knowledge are used to analyze the position and support the roles of the academic actors within a network of collective action. Selected as empirical field are the members of the Working Group for Popular Education and Health of the Associa????o Brasileira de Sa??de Coletiva (Abrasco) . Different methodological approaches were adopted a) survey of articles on EPS in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), b) analysis of the Lattes curricula of CNPq and c) methodology for social network analysis. From the a nalysis of the data we identified that the field of EPS has an interdisciplinary approach, diagnosed through training of researchers and business areas; a concentration of academic actors in southeastern Brazil; academic actors exert a central position in the network and are recognized as exponents of the field of EP
