POLÍTICAS DE EDUCAÇÃO SUPERIOR NO GOVERNO DE LUIZ INÁCIO LULA DA SILVA (2003-2008): DIFERENTES SENTIDOS DO DISCURSO DE INCLUSÃO

Abstract

this article examines higher education policies presented in a set of regulatory documents during the Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva government period from 2003 to 2008. It also seeks to identify the different meanings of the discourse on inclusion at this level of education. The research was undertaken using documentary and bibliographical analyses. It identified different understandings of the word inclusion as a discourse drawn up in a capitalist society. It was concluded that the inclusion discourse is pervaded with the contradictions and antagonisms proper to the clash between the social and economic interests of different social classes and the varying interests of the working classes and dominant groups.Este artigo tem o objetivo de analisar as politicas de Educacao Superior no governo de Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, por meio de um conjunto de documentos que normatizam essas politicas no periodo de 2003 a 2008, identificando os diferentes sentidos do discurso de inclusao nesse nivel de educacao. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio de analise documental e bibliografica. O estudo identificou compreensoes diversas acerca do sentido da palavra inclusao como discurso elaborado em uma sociedade capitalista. Concluimos que o discurso de inclusao carrega em seu bojo a contradicao e o antagonismo peculiares ao embate de interesses sociais e economicos entre as diferentes classes sociais e os diversos interesses entre classe trabalhadora e grupos dominantes
