The bachelor thesis is focused on the identification of all factors which influence job seekers to choose personal agency. The theoretical part of this thesis describes basic definition which is used in practical part afterwards. The main goal is to define marketing and communication activities of recruitment agency Advantage Consulting ltd. The internal and external environments of recruitment agency were analyzed and also there were found strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The communication strategy was proposed according to the results of completed questionnaire to make improvement to current strategy
