The thesis is focused on technology of tillage and its effect on weed infestation of spring barley. The observations were done in years 2012, 2013 a 2014 on fields in Zabcice owned by Mendel University in Brno. The three different technologies of tillage were observed. The detected results were processed by CCA (Canonical Correspondence Analysis). During the traditional tillage were observed the less weed infestation, there were mainly species like a Silene noctiflora, Cirsium arvense, Fallopia convolvulus and Capsella bursa -- pastoris. The largest weed infestation was observed during minimalistic tillage. There were mainly species Thlaspi arvense, Amaranthus sp., Chenopodium ficifolium and Polygonum aviculare. The tillage with direct sowing encounters mainly species Taraxacum Ruderalia, Convolvulus arvensis, Plantago major and Echinochloa crus -- galli. It is obvious from the results that the weed infestation is influenced by the technology of tillage and the weather of that year
