Abstract

This bacelor thesis is focused on the application of analytical methods in relation to the determination of individual properties and components of brewing intermediates and products. First of all were be described the basic principles of the production of beer. The next chapter discusses the problems of the conventional analytical methods, which are still used in practice. In conclusion are described selected modern methods used in the brewery -- malting analyst
