The bachelor‘s thesis is focused on analysis of production processes in company Saar Gummi Czech, s. r. o., especially on processes related to exchange of production tools and machinery. Further thesis focuses on analysis of data obtained by observation and collection of information in production and designing new solutions for exchange of production tools and equipment on production lines
