Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of the strategy development of small business, which operates in the market as a provider of national and international cargo transport. The theoretical part is focused primarily on the characteristic of the methods of analysis of internal and external environment of the company, which are subsequently used in the practical part, to determine the current state of the business. The outcome will be the proposal of the strategy development of the examined company with emphasis on its market expansion
