Abstract

The thesis deals with an analysis of the current condition of the company Winery Fuzgrunty. In order to determine the status of the company, the thesis uses the marketing mix analyses and internal and external analyses of the company. The design part of the thesis deals with specific proposals to increase competitiveness and sales and to improve the running of the company
