This bachelor thesis deals with marketing problems of bank services. Bachelor thesis I worked for GE Money Bank, as, which operates on the Czech market as a provider of financial services. The goal is a detection of an embarrassment of marketing methods. Based on the analysis and the questionnaire survey includes a proposal for the development of sales and marketing activities
