Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of business development plan of company Sezako Přerov Ltd. Theoretical section contains information about creating business plan. The thesis also contains an analysis of the current situation and on the basis of proposal to solution. On finding opportunities in operating activities and consecutive devising a plan that would help to increase profits, to stabilize and increase market share and consolidate business position of the company
