Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate current communication mix of salon MIA and present suggestions for its improvement. Theoretical part describes theoretical background of related problem. The next practical part is focused on history and characteristics of the company, SWOT and SLEPT analysis, marketing mix and mainly its final part – communication mix. On the basis of results of these analyses are suggested proposals how to improve communication mix
