Design Alternatives When Creating a New Job

Abstract

This thesis deals with the employment relationship, its origin and duration. It focuses on analyzing of financial savings, which can be reached in the process of filling a new occupational position whether through the concessions from job centres or employing of disabled persons. Based on this analysis it assesses whether and how effectively the employer Mihal, Ltd. uses these savings opportunities and also suggests the most effective ways to take advantage of these savings
