Project technology of production components "Sprocket - wheel"

Abstract

The main aim of this thesis is proposing of acceptable technology with manufacture for a part of chain sprocket of the material 11 500, which is designated for a small light motorcycle with a cubature at most 50 cm. It is the prototype, now. The work is specialized on a technology of precision cutting with a pressure edge, at first. This is use for a technology. The component of this work is needed the literary study, calculating and drawing documentation and technical – economic valuation.
