In this typeset, printed circular, Harrison discusses the latest laws and amendments passed by Congress concerning landownership and military warrants in the Northwest Territory.Worthington, Thomas, 1773-1827In a handwritten postscript, Harrison asks Worthington to distribute copies of the circular.
