Abstract

In this typeset, printed circular, Harrison discusses the latest laws and amendments passed by Congress concerning landownership and military warrants in the Northwest Territory.Worthington, Thomas, 1773-1827In a handwritten postscript, Harrison asks Worthington to distribute copies of the circular. He also notes that on the last day Congress was in session, they directed that the additional army be disbanded. One page is blank
