Harrison asks that the unknown gentleman take his portrait to Mr. Delaplane, the bookseller, to be framed and then have it sent along with a trunk to General Wilkins in Pittsburgh. He will send payment for the framing and transportation costs from Cincinnati.Harrison is possibly writing someone in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The portrait mentioned was possibly painted by John Wesley Jarvis
