The Indiana Territory's Legislative Council and House of Representatives authorize the representatives of John McCandless of Knox County and Spier Spencer of Harrison County, both deceased, to collect taxes due those counties and the territory.One page is blank. On the fourth page, John Johnson, clerk, states that the act originated in the House of Representatives
