Abstract

The tablet on the monument recognizes Indiana soldiers who fought in the war with Mexico, Indian and British War, and the War of the Revolution. Statues of a soldier and sailor flank the inscription. Beneath the tablet is the entrance to the monument. Side views of the War and Peace sculptural groups on the east and west sides of the monument can be seen
