Postcard of English Hotel and Opera House

By

Abstract

Word spread about the hotel. The message on the back of the postcard reads: "Dear Friend: This is view of hotel and opera house I mentioned before. Do you not think it an odd but pretty building. Will try to locate entrance to Opera House for you. You will note auto at curb - back of yellow wagon. The entrance just back of auto - where there is no awning, that is "it." It gets all first class plays. Very truly, Estelle" [1909]Appears in Destination Indiana
