Abstract

The arch was constructed at South Meridian Street and Monument Circle. Dates on the arch are 1917 and 1919. At the top of the arch is written: "In Honor of Indiana's Living and Dead Who Fought that Liberty Might Endure." The picture was printed backwards.Postcard addressed to: Miss Elizabeth Cooper, 2516 N. Alabama St., City
