Billy Royer, Prizewinning Shepherd at the 1931 Indiana State Fair

Abstract

Billy Royer, 13 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. James W. Royer, of Tippecanoe County, Indiana and his pen of wether lambs which won grand championship over all competitors in the open class. Billy was also awarded 1st prize as best shepherd from a group of 28 boys. The score was based on ability to exhibit in the ring
