Abstract

A year after they married Harlan and Anna Hubbard built their shantyboat which was their home as they drifted down the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers. It measured 10 ft. x 16 ft. and was motorless, allowing them to live independently with nature.Use of this image is restricted to projects related to Destination Indiana.
