This project has its main focus on the law dealing with Center for Cyber Security (CFCS) and the underlying trends. With a concern about privacy violations and whether Denmark is moving towards a security state, we use Zygmunt Bauman and Peter Høilund as theorists. The main focus here is to examine whether this legislation is made on the basis of Baumans theory about floating fear and whether Høilunds concept, law of fear have played a role. This creates a link between how to detect fear in society and how our society works under such conditions. Next, we draw this trend up in an international perspective, where we first look at the trend in Scandinavia. This includes Sweden's FRA-law, which in a comparative analysis, will be pitted against the Danish CFCS-law. Finally, we discuss whether the CFCS- law violates international laws about privacy rights
