Pengaruh Amalan Pengurusan Strategik, Sokongan Pengetua Dan Perlakuan Inovatif Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Guru Sekolah Agama Rakyat Di Wilayah Yala, Thailand

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh amalan pengurusan strategik, sokongan pengetua dan perlakuan inovatif terhadap prestasi kerja guru Sekolah Agama Rakyat di Wilayah Yala, Thailand. Selain itu pengaruh sokongan pengetua sebagai mediator (perantara) terhadap hubungan antara amalan pengurusan strategik dalam kalangan pentadbir dan perlakuan inovatif dengan prestasi kerja guru turut dikaji. This study aims to identify the influence of strategic management practices, principals’ support, and innovative behavior on religious school teachers' work performance in the Yala Province of Southern Thailand. Besides that, the influence of principals’ support as a mediator on the relationship between strategic management practices and innovative behavior among administrators and teachers' work performance were also studied. Accordingly, a total of 1250 teachers from 50 varies religious schools from Province of Yala, Southern Thailand were randomly selected by using the multiple-stage sampling method
