奈米碳管導電薄膜的製造方法

Abstract

一種奈米碳管導電薄膜的製造方法,包含下列步驟:將預定量的奈米碳管組份加入一預定量的溶劑中調配成奈米碳管溶液,且該奈米碳管組份具有多數個多層壁奈米碳管,接者,施加一超音波霧化頻率於該奈米碳管溶液,使該奈米碳管溶液霧化成多數個分散且挾帶有該等奈米碳管的霧化顆粒,並提供一攜帶氣體使該等霧化顆粒沿一預定路徑傳送,以將該等霧化顆粒引導至一放置有一基材片的基座上方,藉由旋轉該基座,使該等霧化顆粒均勻地塗佈於該基材片表面,進而形成一導電薄膜。藉此,使本發明具有製程技術較簡便,並能節省製造成本的優點
