'橫山'梨萌芽與碳水化合物及氮素之關係

Abstract

為探討台東地區橫山梨之自然萌芽與體內碳水化合物及氮素之關係,可研究以離體枝條扦插或置盆栽植株於25℃之環境下調查其萌芽情形。由調查之結果發現,橫山梨芽體自 9月起萌芽率降低,開始進入休眠期,12月為深休眠期,1月以後部份芽體開始覺醒。當芽體進入休眠時,枝條水份及全可溶糖含量隨休眠加深而快速降低,在 1月以後隨芽體逐漸萌發而逐漸增加;相對地,澱粉含量在夏季至秋季間則隨生長季節之推移而逐漸增加,而在10月下旬芽體進入深休眠前達最高峰,之後逐漸降低。另外枝條中蛋白態氮及非蛋白態氮含量則在芽體進入深休眠前達最低,之後在深休眠間逐漸增加。The relationship between budbreak and carbohydrates, nitrogen in'Hengshan' pear tree (Pyrus serotina R.) was inveatigated by using the method of single bud cutting and moving potted plants into 25℃ growth chamber for 28 days during autumn and spring in Taitung. It was ascertained that the buds go into dormancy in September and remained the deep dormancy in Decembe, the degree of dormancy diminished from January. The water and total soluble sugar content of shoots decreased rapidly during deep dormancy period and thereafter increased again at budbreak time. The starch content increased from summer to autumn, and rwached the maximum level in early dormancy (late October) , then dropped significantly when budbreak. Protein nitrogen and non-protein nitrogen concentrations of shoots decreased during the period of early dormancy and increased in the deep dormancy period
