台灣主要柑橘生產區營養調查研究

Abstract

柑桔葉分析是測定樹體營養最好方法,該果園內土壤及果實品質分析資料能輔助有利施肥工作。從本省宛侖夏橙,柳橙及桶柑生產專業區土壤狀況,葉營養含量及果汁品質分析結果可看出,在本省一般橘園土壤酸性高;葉中含氮量亦高,葉中含鋅量則低,果汁中可溶性固形物含量亦低;此可供果實品質改進工作上參考用。Leaf analysis is the best way for determing the nutritional status of citrus tree. The soil and fruit juice quality analysis will give the beneficial to the grower how to get the help. From the result of leaf, soil and fruit juice analysis in the four main citrus growing area in Taiwan. The soil pH value, leaf zinc and soluble solids in the fruit juice are lower, but the leaf nitrogen is higher from the standard level. This is important in the promoting fruit quality method
