The Study on Corporation Competition Strategy of A Real State Corporation

Abstract

本文从战略的角度,对A房地产公司近七年来经营情况进行了总结和回顾,并在充分分析当前房地产市场特别是厦门房地产市场所处的外部环境和内部环境的基础上,对A房地产公司今后的进一步发展进行了研究和探讨,提出相应的竞争战略及其战略实施步骤。本文主要包括五个部分,第一部分是企业概况,介绍了企业目前的发展情况和组织架构状况;第二部分房地产的行业环境分析,主要分析中国房地产业的发展历程和特性,及其目前房地产市场的前景,并着重用“波特五力竞争模型”对厦门房地产行业进行分析;第三部分用SWOT模型分析A房地产公司的优势、劣势,面对的机会和挑战进行分析;第四部分用竞争战略理论分析了A房地产公司必须采用聚集差异化战略...The article was planned to make a research and summing-up basing on the A real state co’ realizing expanding scale in 7 years for the strategic point of view.
