The study on customized distribution system by a third part logistic company

Abstract

配送体系包括了产品的包装、运输等以及在这个过程中所发生的信息管理。本文所研究的案例中，D公司的物流配送体系有着巨大的物流信息量，D公司的高价值产品对于物流包装有着严格的要求，而国际物流配送中多个瓶颈环节又提高了运输管理的复杂性。本论文阐明作为一个专业的第三方物流公司，如何为一个具有上述三个特征的物流需求企业定制高效的配送物流体系，以降低物流成本，提高物流效率，与生产性企业一起来获得“企业的第三利润”。本论文采用实际案例联系理论的研究方法。首先在本文的第二章中，从案例介绍开始，主要介绍了D公司的物流需求和案例的一些背景情况，表述了一个快速反应供应链对于物流配送的需求；在本文的第三章中，分析了物流...Distribution system contains packing, transportation and information management during this process.
