Research on the Optimization of X Bank’s Counter Service Workflow

Abstract

现今我国金融行业属于高速发展的阶段,在我国银行体制改革不断深化,和外资银行大量进入的情况下,国内银行业的竞争也日益加剧。X银行是国内的一家合资银行,正出于面对机遇与挑战的复杂时期,随着X银行各项业务的快速发展和客户群体的不断增长,柜面业务量剧增,临柜业务效率低下已成为制约业务扩张的瓶颈,加快业务流程改造,提高临柜业务效率显得尤为迫切。 本文通过对X银行的调查分析,发现目前X银行柜面业务流程存在不统一、不规范、不合理的现象,已成为提高柜面工作效率、提升服务质量的突出问题,优化柜面业务流程,提高柜面服务质量与效率,成为推动X银行快速发展,提高核心竞争力的重要策略。 根据X银行实地调查、访谈专家...With the rapid development of China’s financial industry, the deepen reform of China’s bank system and the huge entrance of foreign banks, the competition in China’s bank industry is increasing.
