Electrophoretic Determination of the Degree of Eu Complexation by Humic Acid. In: Buckau, G. (Editor) Humic Substances in Performance Assessment of Nuclear Waste Disposal: Actinide and Iodine Migration in the Far-Field (First Technical Progress Report),.

By J. Mizera, P. Benes, G. (and others) Masnerova and Karlsruhe (Germany) Research Center Karlsruhe FZKA

The degree of complexation of Eu with Aldrich humic acid was determined by the free liquid electrophoresis as a function of pH, ionic strength and concentration of Eu. Uncertainty of the determination given by sorption losses of Eu on the apparatus has been estimated. The effect of kinetic lability of Eu humates has been discussed.Available from STL Prague, CZ / NTK - National Technical LibrarySIGLECZCzech Republi
