The work is concerned on the comparing pinopodes occurrence - one of the morphological markers of endometrium receptive phase in natural MC and after hormonal stimulation, using an REM method. Another described structure is a triad evaluated by TEM. The work also deals with standard methods for evaluating endometrium condition (sonography, ovarian steroids serum levels, histological examination including endometrium dating). Conclusions: pinopodes occurrence is time-limited, the endometrium receptive phase -implantation window - is no longer than 48 hours and then the endometrium enters the non-receptive refractory phase. COH often leads to higher E_2 and P levels and influences an early beginning of receptive phase. Due to the damaged embryo - endometrium synchronization the implantation window is shifted and implantation fails.Available from STL Prague, CZ / NTK - National Technical LibrarySIGLECZCzech Republi
