Development of structures and systems of imitation simulation and control over auxiliary robots of fms for machining of body parts

Abstract

In the paper the robototechnical flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) for machining of articles of series production including the auxiliary robots were studied with the aim of improvement of the effectiveness of design for the above FMS by means of simulation. As a result the optimum strategy of control over the transrobot was developed as well as the algorithms for control over the multicorrelative robot in order to install the tool into the magazine of machine. These algorithms make it possible to improve the effectiveness of the above FMS. A program package for the system of imitation simulation was also developed. It makes it possibile to improve the effectiveness of FMS designing, too.
