Obtaining and investigation of ultraviolet photoconverter (uvpc) on the basis of zn_xcd_1_-_xs solid solutions

Abstract

The aim of the work is the determination of physical and technological ways of control over properties of Zn_xCd_1_-_xS solid solution films and the creation of efficient selective stable photoconverters (PC) on their basis with maximal spectral responce at various wave-length within UF spectrum range. Physical and technological bases have been developed for the creation of selective UV PC on the basis of Zn_xCd_1_-_xS solid solutions with sufficiently high spectral responce. Means and development of technology for obtaining photosensitive films of Zn_xCd_1_-_xS solid solution with columnar grain structure have been offered and substantiated which allow to perform control over distribution profile of solid solution components as far as the growing film thickness is concerned.
