There the mathematical and physical simulation of controlling fields has been executed. It was offered to bring the additional modulation as the amplitude, frequency, amplitude-frequency one in the azimuthal-periodic controlling field of betatron to expand its spectral composition. The construction of magnetic systems of betatrons, which form the controlling fields with additional modulation, have been developed. The opportunity to obtain the improved characteristics of betatrons according to the mass, to the conditions of extraction of accelerated particles and cooling of radiatior has been proved.
