THE METABOLISM OF DOPAMINE DROSOPHILA VIRILIS UNDER THE NORMAL AND STRESSING CONDITIONS OF THE MEDIUM. THE GENETICO-BIOCHEMICAL ASPECTS

Abstract

For the first time, the genetic control of the dopamine content of the insects has been studied. It has been establixhed, that its content of the Drosophila virilis in the norm is being controlled with the X-coupled locus, and with the stress - by the autosome gene. First, it has been shown, that the content of the dopamine under the normal conditions is being regulated by the check of its degradation, and with stress - by the synthesis control. For the first time, the genetic control of activity of diphenoloxidase and dopadecarboxilase of the D. virilis has been studied. The hypothesis about the mechanism of the drosophila dopamine content under the stress conditions has been offered. The obtained data insert the contribution to understanding of the mechanism of stress-reaction of the insects and the laws of its genetic controlAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
