PATHOPHYSIOLOGICAL BASES OF PHARMACOTOXIC ACTION OF CINCHONINE AND 3-AMINOACRYL ACID DERIVATIVES AND ASPIRAMINE

Abstract

The white non-breed animals (mice - 580 pcs, rats - 500 pcs) have been used. The aim is to search the antiinflammatory and analgetic compounds among 70 new derivatives of the cinchonine and 3-aminoacryl acids and also to study the pharmacological and pathophysiological properties in the original water-soluble shape of the acetylsalicylic acid - aspiramine. The high-effective and low-toxic substances of the specified action have been discovered, the intercommunication of their structure and action has been determined. Three substances deserving the detailed study in the pathophysiological and pharmacological experiment have been revealed. It has been shown that in the conditions of 6-month application the aspiramine doesn't cause the state and functioning deviations in the basic systems of the animal's vital activity. The investigation results are used in the purposive synthesis of the new antiinflammatory and analgetic substances at the Perm State Pharmaceutic AcademyAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
