By Margarita Mugallimovna Mukhametova

Abstract

The purpose of the work: the complex evaluation of the monoaminergic activity on the different levels of the reproductive systems of the albino rats females in the dynamics of the sexual cycle, at its disturbance in the course of the normal pregnance development. The new facts, widening the existing representations about the interaction of the monoaminergic neuromediator and hormonal mechanisms in the dynamics of the estrous cycle, with the unovulatory syndrome and in the course of pregnance, have been obtained. The presented information in the work can be used for the problems of the clinic medicine in the aspect of studying the pathogenesis of the unovulatory syndrom, to by caused by the early disturbances of the sexual differentiation of the brain, the development and approvement of the new methods of the therapeutic correction of the unovulatory with use of the preparations, influencing on the monoamines exchangeAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
