IMPROVEMENT OF MICROPROCESSOR MEASURING DEVICES WITH INTEGRATING ANALOG-DIGITAL CONVERTERS (ADC)

Abstract

There the quantizing errors of sigma-delta ADC have been analysed from the standpoint of their maxima and distribution laws for the first time; the number of structural manners which allow to decrease these errors, the set of steps to rise the reliability and the flexibility of software of measuring devices have been offered. The study methods have been based on the use of spectrum analysis, of theory of weight processing of measuring signals, contain the computer simulation and the experimental study. The obtained results have been introduced in development of two microprocessor measuring devices for the medical diagnostic system of vestibular apparatus of man, may be used in development of present-day measuring equipmentAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
