THE IMMUNOPROTECTIVE PROPERTIES OF THE BACTERIAL RIBOSOMES AND ITS SUBUNITS

Abstract

The preparations of ribosomes from the standard and clinic strains of bacteria, the laboratory animals have been investigated as well as 124 carriers of the pathogenous staphylococci. The purpose of the work: to reveal the role of 30S and 50S of subunits in the immunoprotective properties 70S of staphylococci and Friedlander's bacillus, and to develop the recommendations on costructing the vaccine preparations on the base of the bacterial ribosomes. For the first time, the immunoprotective properties of the ribosomes from the different subcellular fractions and indivilual subunits of ribosomes, have been studied, the ribosome autovaccinotherapy of the residentcarriers of the pathogenous staphylococci has been performed, and the effeciency of this method of treatment has been shown, the principles of costructing the ribosome vaccines have been developed. The results have been introduced on the local and republic level. The ribosome autovaccinotherapy increases the efficiency of the reablement measures at treatment of the suppuro-inflammatory diseases, reduces the number of the resident carriers of the pathogenous staphylococciAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
