BIOLOGICAL MONITORING OF DOSE AND ACTION EFFECTS OF NON-SATURATED ACRYLATES: PATHOGENETIC SUBSTANTIATION

Abstract

The pathogenetic intercommunications of the ecological monitoring parameters (external dose), internal dose (adducts of acrylates with blood proteins and urine thioethers) and action effects of acrylates (enzymes of blood sera, ethane of expired air, morbidity with temporary disability) have been investigated. The indications to using new methods of the acrylates biomonitoring have been developed, their carcinogenic hazard has been evaluated. The new methods for molecular dosimetry of the acrylates have been developed, the new method for pathogenetic mass prophylactics of the morbidity in the conditions of the acrylonitrile production has been developed. The acrylates as a part of the adducts with proteins and urine thioethers have been determined. The antioxidants are used in the synthetic rubber works; the methodical recommendations for doctors and also the pathogenesis data have been included into the document of the World Organization of Public Health. The morbidity decrease among workers enabled to obtain the economic effect.
