Abstract

The object of investigation: the insulated reticle of the lake frog. The purpose of the work: to study the dynamics of the sum potentials of the reticle with anoxia and reoxygenation. The differences in the dynamics between the cone and rod potentials with the anoxia and reoxygenation have been shown. The differences in the dynamics of the receptor potentials and the main waves of the electroretinogram with anoxia and reoxygenation have been studied, the combined neurophysiological and electron-microscopic data have been received. The knowledge about the mechanism of the reticle reaction to the oxygen deficiency have been specified.
