Some properties of sliding modes in hyperbolic systems and necessary conditions of generalized equations optimum capabilities

Abstract

The investigation is concerned with the problems of optimal control in the first order hyperbolic systems. The aim of the investigation is to study the properties of a sequence of the generalized controls converging along the sections, prove a weak compactness of a set of the generalized controls and study on their basis the sliding modes in hyperbolic systems, and derive necessary cond itions of the optimal capability as well. Properties of a sequence of the generalized controls converging along the unidimensional sections have been derived; a weak compactness of a set of the generalized controls has been proved. The sliding modes in the hyperbolic systems have been studied; types of expansions have been established and necessary conditions of an optimal capability of the generalized controls have been obtained.
