Abstract

The purpose of the work: statement of the large scientific problem, connected with the revealation and investigation of the contradictions turning out in the transient period between the market conversions and the methods of the personnel control to be used in the enterprises. Developed has been a common conception, including the theoretical, methodological and methodical questions of the formation and realization of the innovation personnel politics of the enterprises. The methodical recommendations on the realizationg of the innovation personnel politics of the enterprises under the formation of the market relationship conditions have been developed.
