MAKING OF VECTOR ON BASE OF DNA OF SV40 WITH SYNTHETIC GENE CODING BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE LOW-MOLECULAR BRADIKININ PEPTIDE AND STUDY OF EXPRESSION IN THIS "GENE"

Abstract

The work covers the recombination genum SV40(brd) and eukaryota cells. The aim is to investigate the expression of the non-natural synthetic short nucleotide sequence coding the physiologically active bradikinin peptide in the eukaryota cells. The genic-engineering construction on base of DNA of SV40 virus which can be serve as a model for study of expression in the short nucleotide sequences has been developed. The recombination genum SV40(brd) providing a high expression level of the bradikin "gene" in the cells of the mammals without virus-helper has been made firstly. The system for testing of the bradikinin on the cardiomyocyte culture of the new-born rats has been developed.
