THE EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS OF THE PROCESS OF INFECTION OF INFUSORIA P. CAUDATUM BY INTRANUCLEIC ENDOBIONTS HOLOSPORA OBTUSA AND HOLOSPORA UNDULATA

By Ilja Nikolaevich Skovorodkin

Abstract

The purpose of the work: to reveal the links in which the process of infection of the cell-host can be disturbed by the bacteria-endobionts as a result of different experiments. The methods of investigation: the light and electronic microscopy, micrurgy, the lokal UV-radiation. It has been shown, that the process of infection of the infusoria by the intranucleic bacteris H.obtusa and H.undulata can be interrupted by the experimental manner on the four different stages as minimum. The device, allowing to make motionless the objects for their in-life ligth-optic study, has been constructed. The industry set of the KM-2 micromanipulators has been improved. The methods have been used in the cytological and protozoological investigationsAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
