Abstract

The object of investigation: the bacteria, strain Pseudomonas mendocina B-1729. The purpose of the work: isolation of the strain-destructor of the uniongenous surface-active substances (NSAS), establishing the laws of destruction and the ways of metabolism. Established have been the ways of metabolism of the NSAS of the Ps. mendocina, the laws of the destructive process have been determined, a new ferment splitting the O-alkyl bond, has been detected. The obtained high-active strain can be used for cleaning of the local NSAS-containing flows.
