MODELING OF NON-LINEAR HEAT- AND MASS TRANSFER PROCESS IN SYSTEMS OF POROUS COOLING

Abstract

The work covers the active heat protection systems of the power plants on base of the porous heat-exchange elements. The aim is the further improvement of the heat- and mass transfer theory in the porous materials and determination of the reserves increasing the operation efficiency of the similar systems. The methods for determination of the hydrodynamic flow picture in the porous bodies have been developed. The method describing the heat state of the porous heat-exchange element on base of the numerical and analytical solutions has been proposed. The solution has been obtained at power filtration law and boundary conditions of the third kind. The experiments have been made on the models of the porous bodies; the sufficient convergence of the theoretical and experimental data has been shown. The investigation results have been put into the production and educational process.
