METHODICAL BASES OF ENTERPRISE PERSONNEL STRUCTURE RATIONALIZATION

Abstract

The investigation object is the system of joint enterprise labour (system "Enterprise personnel" - SEP). The aim is to develop the mechanism of SEP adaptation to the environment changes in the direction of providing maximum enterprise activity efficiency. The approach to constructing SEP as a self-developing adaptive system has been worked out, the basic elements of mechanism for its development have been determined, the methodical bases for constructing system of the career planning, evaluation, training and stimulation of the worker have been developed. The normative worker career model, methods for examination, evaluation of the leaders and specailists, model for adaptation possibilities of the higher leading personnel, method for re-training of the leaders and methods of personnel differentiation for A, B, C classes have been developed.
